Billing, cancellations and refunds
You can change plan, update your card, download invoices or cancel any time from Billing in your account. For a refund, email us from the address on your account with the date of the charge; our refund policy explains what we refund. If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us first: we can usually fix it the same day.
A file that didn't sew well
Send the design name and a photo of the sew-out. We'll help adjust the settings, and if it can't be fixed we'll return the download.
